Bigency (bigency.bd) sells branded, imported cosmetics and skincare in Bangladesh. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use and protect it.
2. Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, and optionally your email, along with your order details and any payment reference (e.g. a bKash/Nagad TrxID) you submit. If you create an account, we store your login email and a securely hashed password. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, confirm payments, contact you about your order, provide support, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Sharing
We share only what's necessary with delivery couriers to fulfil your order, and with payment providers when you pay. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools (which may include Google Analytics / Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight) to understand how the site is used and improve it. These may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data retention & security
We keep order information for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Passwords are stored hashed, and payments are handled by the respective providers — we never see your PIN or full card details.
