1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Bigency (bigency.bd) and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. We sell branded, imported cosmetics and skincare in Bangladesh.
2. 100% genuine guarantee
Every product we sell is sourced through authorised channels and verified genuine. If you ever receive an item you can prove is not authentic, we will refund it in full.
3. Orders & advance payment
Because products are sourced to order, we ask for an advance to confirm your order: the delivery charge plus 20% of the product price. The remaining balance is paid as cash on delivery. Pay the advance via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and submit your transaction details on your order page; we begin processing once the advance is confirmed.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Because we import to order, prices can change; some products are shown as “price on request” — send a quote request and we'll confirm the current price before you order.
5. Shipping & delivery
After your order is confirmed, we source the product from abroad and then deliver it to you. Please allow a minimum of 3 to 7 days for delivery. Delivery charges are ৳120 inside Dhaka and ৳250 outside Dhaka, with free delivery on orders over ৳5,000. Timelines are estimates and may vary with customs and courier schedules.
6. Returns & refunds
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. Because every product is sourced to order from abroad, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Our 100% genuine guarantee always applies — any item proven not authentic is refunded in full.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel before we dispatch your order; as products are sourced to order, cancellations after sourcing has begun may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
8. Payment methods
We accept Cash on Delivery for the balance, and bKash, Nagad or bank transfer for the advance. Never share your PIN or OTP with anyone.
